Thailand People – November 2015 (2 of 5)

I found the Thai people to be charming with their gentle, soft-spoken, kind manner. They bow frequently, always showing respect for others and immense gratitude for small favors. Their faces are often lit up with big smiles. It was a joy to listen to our Thai guides explain their customs and ways of life, most of which is centered around Buddhism which is so much more to the Thai people than just a religious practice. While there is some “big city” hustle and bustle in Bangkok and Chiang Mai proper, the outskirts are so tranquil and calm. People work hard and long hours, but they move slowly and gracefully throughout.

Such exceptional photos of ordinary objects. Very talented photographer that cam make her photos so interesting and beautiful.

  2. It neat that you grouped all the people in this one. Those tuk-tuk shots are nice. That was fun shooting!

Love the market shot and the monks with their bowls.

    Great work!

Thank you. I didn’t get many people shots – not really my thing, but I enjoyed the challenge to learn something new. I loved the panning shots. I still need lots of practice. It is not easy!
